This journey follows a daily rhythm, with each practice focused on detoxifying the body and enhancing the vital force that drives the elimination of toxins and parasites. Organ cleanses, physical movement and meditation sessions, detox drinks, group sharing, and talks related to the program, all of these support and stimulate the detoxification process, becoming a cherished part of each day.

The journey is guided by a clear structure that can adapt based on the location and intention of each experience.

Is fasting safe?

Fasting is a natural process that the human body has practiced for millennia. When properly guided, it is safe for most healthy adults. That said, every body is different, which is why each journey is personalised and closely supported from start to finish.

Do I need any experience to do this?

No prior experience is required. Whether this is your first fast or you've fasted before, you will be guided through every step: before, during and after.

What can I drink during the fast?

You will be guided through a specific protocol of water, herbal teas and juices designed to support your body through the purification process while keeping you nourished and hydrated.

Will I feel hungry the whole time?

Most people find that hunger fades significantly after the first few days. The body adapts, and many describe feeling lighter and more energised as the days progress.

What if I can't complete the full 7 days?

Listening to your body is part of the process. If at any point you need to pause or stop, you will be guided on how to do so safely. There is no failure here, only your own journey, at your own pace. That said, in all the years I have guided this experience, it has never happened that someone has stopped before the end of the program — once you begin, the body itself becomes your greatest support.

How do I know which program is right for me?

If you're unsure, reach out, I'm happy to help you choose the experience that best fits your needs, your lifestyle and your intentions. The cleansing program itself is exactly the same across all options — what changes is simply the modality (remote, in person, group or individual), and naturally, the cost.

Fasting is a powerful and transformative practice — but it is not suitable for everyone. This experience is generally appropriate for healthy adults. It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for individuals with eating disorders, or for those with certain medical conditions.
